You downloaded the StaffConnect App from the store and need to sign in. We can help.
Step by step instructions:
1. Launch the StaffConnect App
2. At the Welcome screen enter the unique Organisation ID for your company and tap Enter.
3. If you have used the app before, the Sign in screen requires your email and password.
4. Not used this before? Check your company email inbox for the A. Activation Email or, if you do not have a company email account, B. Register without company email.
A. Activation Email - Check your email account for the activation/enrollment email from StaffConnect. Follow the steps in the email starting with clicking on the large green "Confirm your account" button or the link provided. Complete the rest of the steps to start using StaffConnect.
B. Register without company email - Tap on the "Need to register?" form on the Sign In screen and complete the form. If your credentials are not accepted, contact your Implementation Champion to check if your region or department have been enrolled yet.
5. Forgotten your password? No problem, tap "Request password" and follow the steps to retrieve it.
