Having trouble editing a profile? We can help!
Please check the following:
- You are signed into the app using your own email address and password.
- You can only edit your own profile.
- When you made edits, did you tap ‘Update’ to save them?
- Your profile image has a black border? Try cropping your photo to a square image and reuploading to StaffConnect.
