If you need to submit a support request, please include the following bits of information so that the team can investigate fully:
- A detailed description of the issue you are facing.
- The device you are using, e.g. iPhone 5S
- The software version your device is running, e.g. iOS 10.2 / Android 6.0.1 (This can be found in your device's Settings in About)
- The amount of free memory remaining on your device, e.g. 880mb
- Were you using a wifi connection or 3/4G?
- Attach screenshots of any error messages or display issues you are experiencing
