You should have received an email with the subject Welcome to your new [company name] StaffConnect App. This email explains the initial steps you need to take to access your account.
This email will also contain your organisation ID. Make a note of this and keep it safe, as you will need this to sign in later.
Registering your account
The first step to getting set up with your StaffConnect account involves registering your account. Please follow the steps listed below.
Step 1: Downloading the StaffConnect app
Step 2: Organisation ID
On the first page you see, you will need to enter your Organisation ID.
Step 3: Enter Employee ID and surname
On the Sign in page click on "Register"
Then click on "Non Email Registration"
Here you will enter your employee ID # and a second piece of data unique to you (depending on your company this could be your date of birth, last name, unique code, etc.)
Step 4: Registering with an email address
On this page you can enter the email address you would like to use and create a password.
Step 5: Verify your email address
A verification email will be sent to the email address entered in the step above. Click on the green button that says Confirm your account to complete your registration.
Then you will be able to sign in with your email and password.
