Having some trouble with registration and verification? Look no further!
When setting up your StaffConnect account for the first time you will be asked to register your account.
Tap on Company Email Registration if your company requires you to register with an email.
On the next screen you will be able to enter your email address and create a password. Your email address will be your username that you will use with your password to sign in.
Then you will be the be able to verify your account by clicking in the green button on the verification email sent to the email address that was just entered above. Now that your account is verified you will be able to sign in with your email and password that was used during registration.
Now you're all set!
