Step by step instructions:
1. Launch the StaffConnect App
2. At the welcome screen enter the unique Organisation ID for your company and tap Enter.
3. If you have used the app before, the Sign in screen requires your email and password.
4. Not used this before? Check your company email inbox for the A. Registration Email or, if you do not have a company email account, B. Register without company email.
A. Registration Email- Check your email account for the Registration email from StaffConnect. Follow the steps in the email starting with clicking on the large green Confirm your account button or the link provided.
Click on Company Email Registration on the registration screen.
After clicking on Company Email Registration, you will be able to enter the email address you would like to use and create a password.
Verify your email address
A verification email will be sent to the email address entered in the step above. Click on the green button that says Confirm your account to complete your registration.
B. Register without company email - Tap on the register link on the Sign in screen.
Here you will enter your employee ID # and Date of Birth (depending on your company this could be your date of birth, last name, unique code, etc.)
Forgot your password?
No problem, tap Forgot password? and follow the steps to retrieve it.
